2. Apple Health and Health Data
If you connect EVLV to Apple Health, EVLV may read health information you specifically authorize in order to provide features such as recovery analysis, training insights, activity tracking, and personalized performance information. EVLV does not use Apple Health data for advertising purposes. EVLV does not sell Apple Health data. Access to Apple Health information is controlled through Apple's permission system. You can review or revoke EVLV's access at any time through the Health app or your device settings. Some EVLV features may provide less information or may not function fully if access to relevant health information is disabled.

- Provide and operate the EVLV app
- Personalize your experience
- Calculate training, nutrition, supplement, and recovery information
- Generate your Daily Score
- Display trends and progress
- Provide workout summaries

4. EVO AI and Automated Insights
EVLV may use artificial intelligence and automated systems to analyze information you provide or authorize in order to generate personalized insights. These insights may consider information such as training activity, nutrition, supplement adherence, recovery, goals, historical trends, and health and fitness signals. EVO AI is intended to help users understand their data and identify useful trends. AI-generated insights may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for your individual circumstances and should not be treated as medical advice. EVLV is not a substitute for a physician, dietitian, physiotherapist, or other qualified healthcare professional.
5. Social Features
EVLV may include optional social features such as user profiles, friends, achievements, leaderboards, reactions, and shared progress information. Your privacy settings determine what other users may see. You are responsible for reviewing your privacy settings before making information visible to others. Information you intentionally make public or share with other users may be visible to those users and may be copied or shared outside EVLV.
6. How We Share Information
EVLV does not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate EVLV, including cloud hosting, authentication, database infrastructure, AI processing, speech transcription, analytics, error reporting, subscription management, and customer support. Service providers are permitted to process information only as necessary to provide services to EVLV. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, respond to lawful legal requests, protect the rights and safety of users, investigate fraud or security incidents, or enforce our Terms of Service. If EVLV is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction subject to applicable privacy laws.
7. Advertising
EVLV does not use your health information for targeted advertising. If advertising functionality is introduced in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated to explain how information is used and what choices are available.
8. Data Storage and Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect personal information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. However, no internet-connected service or electronic storage system can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for securing the devices you use to access EVLV.
9. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide EVLV services, maintain your account, preserve information you choose to store, meet legal and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, maintain security, and enforce agreements. When information is no longer reasonably required, it may be deleted, anonymized, or aggregated in accordance with applicable law.
10. Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your EVLV account and associated personal information. Where account deletion is available directly within the app, you may use that feature to initiate deletion. You may also contact us using the information provided below. Certain information may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or regulatory reasons. Information that has been anonymized or aggregated so that it can no longer reasonably identify you may also be retained.
11. Your Privacy Choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to request access to your information, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion of your information, withdraw certain permissions, object to or restrict certain processing, request a copy of certain information, and make a complaint to an applicable privacy regulator. You may also control certain data through EVLV privacy settings, your device settings, Apple Health permissions, notification settings, and social visibility settings.
12. Children's Privacy
EVLV is not intended for children under the minimum age required to independently consent to the processing of personal information in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If we learn that personal information has been collected from a child without appropriate authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
13. International Data Processing
Depending on where you live and the service providers EVLV uses, your information may be processed or stored in countries other than your country of residence. Those countries may have different data-protection laws. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers of personal information.
14. Third-Party Services
EVLV may interact with third-party platforms or services, including Apple services and other technology providers. Your use of those services may also be governed by their own privacy policies and terms. EVLV is not responsible for the privacy practices of independent third parties.

EVLV provides health, fitness, nutrition, training, recovery, and performance information for informational and educational purposes. EVLV does not provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment, or professional healthcare advice. Information generated by EVLV, including scores, estimates, recommendations, and AI-generated insights, should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult an appropriate healthcare professional regarding medical concerns or before making significant changes to your health, exercise, nutrition, or supplement practices.
16. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. When changes are made, we may update the effective date shown at the top of this page. If changes are significant, we may provide additional notice within the app or through another appropriate method. Your continued use of EVLV after an updated Privacy Policy becomes effective means that the updated policy applies to your continued use of the service.
